ABSTRACT: This study explores strategies for integrating Industry 5.0 concepts into vocational training, focusing on enhancing the curriculum to meet the demands of the evolving industrial landscape. The objectives were to (1) identify key Industry 5.0 concepts relevant to vocational training, (2) evaluate the current integration of these concepts in vocational curricula, and (3) propose strategies to effectively incorporate Industry 5.0 principles into vocational education. A survey design was employed to collect data from students, educators, and industry experts to understand the current state and potential of Industry 5.0 integration. The sample size comprised 200 participants, selected through a purposive sampling technique to ensure representation from those directly involved in vocational training and industry practices. The case study was conducted in Ogun State, Nigeria, known for its industrial activities. Findings indicated that while some Industry 5.0 concepts were introduced, their integration was minimal and inconsistent. Recommendations included developing comprehensive Industry 5.0 modules within the vocational curriculum, providing ongoing training for educators, and fostering collaborations with industry leaders to ensure practical and up-to-date training that aligns with the future workforce needs.
